استان انتاریو در تاریخ 28 آگوست 2025 چندین دراو جدید در چارچوب برنامه نامزدی استانی (OINP) برگزار کرد. این دعوت‌ها به طور ویژه به کاندیداهایی اختصاص یافت که در مناطق شمالی و روستایی (REDI) دارای پیشنهاد شغلی معتبر (Job Offer) بودند. بر اساس اعلام اداره مهاجرت انتاریو، دراوهای اخیر تنها شامل استریم‌های «جاب آفر» بوده و سایر دسته‌ها در این مرحله پوشش داده نشده‌اند.
دراو ویژه مناطق شمالی انتاریو
این دراو به افرادی اختصاص داشت که در مناطق شمالی استان انتاریو پیشنهاد شغلی معتبر دریافت کرده بودند. مجموعاً 348 دعوت‌نامه (NOIs) در این دسته صادر شد. شرایط به شرح زیر بود:
- استریم Foreign Worker: حداقل امتیاز 53
- استریم International Student: حداقل امتیاز 66
دعوت‌نامه‌ها فقط برای افرادی صادر شد که علاوه بر داشتن امتیاز لازم، شغلشان در لیست مشاغل اعلام‌شده توسط اداره مهاجرت انتاریو قرار داشت.

دراو ویژه مناطق روستایی (REDI) انتاریو
این دراو در چهار منطقه روستایی استان برگزار شد؛ اما در تاریخ 28 آگوست 2025 تنها سه منطقه Lambton، Lanark و Leeds (Grenville) مشمول صدور دعوت‌نامه شدند و منطقه City of Thunder Bay هیچ دعوت‌نامه‌ای دریافت نکرد. در مجموع 138 دعوت‌نامه برای متقاضیان این بخش صادر شد. شرایط هر استریم به شرح زیر است:
- استریم Foreign Worker: حداقل امتیاز 45
- استریم International Student: حداقل امتیاز 68
- استریم In-Demand Skills: حداقل امتیاز 34

نکات مهم برای متقاضیان
- این دراوها نشان می‌دهد که دولت انتاریو تمرکز ویژه‌ای بر جذب نیرو در مناطق کمتر توسعه‌یافته استان دارد. داشتن جاب آفر معتبر در این مناطق شانس دریافت دعوت‌نامه را به طور چشمگیری افزایش می‌دهد.
- امتیازهای لازم برای دعوت در این دراوها نسبتاً پایین‌تر از برخی دسته‌های دیگر OINP بوده است (به‌ویژه در استریم In-Demand Skills)، که می‌تواند فرصت مناسبی برای متقاضیان شاغل در مشاغل تخصصی یا مهارتی باشد.
- متقاضیانی که در این دراوها دعوت‌نامه دریافت کرده‌اند می‌توانند برای نامزدی استانی انتاریو اقدام کنند و در صورت موفقیت، 600 امتیاز اضافی در سیستم اکسپرس انتری دریافت خواهند کرد که عملاً دریافت دعوت‌نامه فدرال (ITA) را تضمین می‌کند.
- با توجه به تمرکز ویژه استان بر مشاغل حوزه سلامت، فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی و مشاغل مهارتی، توصیه می‌شود متقاضیان ایرانی علاقه‌مند به مهاجرت کاری به کانادا، فرصت‌های شغلی در این مناطق را جدی‌تر بررسی کنند.
جمع‌بندی
دراوهای 28 آگوست 2025 انتاریو بار دیگر اهمیت جاب آفر در مناطق شمالی و روستایی را نشان داد. در مجموع 486 دعوت‌نامه در این روز صادر شد (348 برای مناطق شمالی و 138 برای مناطق روستایی). متقاضیانی که شغل آن‌ها در فهرست منتشرشده قرار داشت و امتیاز لازم را کسب کردند، اکنون می‌توانند مسیر خود را برای اخذ اقامت دائم کانادا تسریع کنند.
ویکی ویزا کانادا به متقاضیان توصیه می‌کند در صورت داشتن شرایط لازم، پرونده‌های خود را در سریع‌ترین زمان ممکن تکمیل و ارسال نمایند، زیرا رقابت برای دریافت جاب آفر در این مناطق به سرعت در حال افزایش است.
